It is not possible to pay out Wallet credit in any way, but you can use this credit for any kind of internal payments (e.g. for paid posts, pro packages, donations or similar).
You can easily cancel your subscription immediately and free of charge in your profile settings or where you have your subscription. If you have paid with PayPal, for example, no further debits will be made.
You can upgrade/downgrade your packages at any time in the package overview. Please note, however, that this takes place immediately and no payments that have already been made in advance will be refunded.
First you have to top up your wallet if you don't have any credit yet. After you have made all the desired settings for your advertising booking, set a campaign bid (per click / per view) and a budget.

We currently only offer PayPal and bank transfer as deposit options. PayPal deposits are in real time, bank transfers take up to 3 working days. For bank transfers, you must upload a bank receipt, which we use to verify your payment and allocate it.

If you have not provided an address under your profile, we can only send you an invoice with your nickname. However, if you would like an invoice with your current address, first enter an address in your profile, then simply contact us with the invoice number and we will send you a new invoice. The stored address cannot be viewed by anyone!

When you boost a post/page, it will be highlighted on the homepage and sidebar. If you reach your limit for post/page boosts, you must remove one before a new boost can take place.
A Pro-Package is required for these features. If your Pro-Package expires and you do not renew it, boosted posts/pages will be automatically removed.

With the points system you can earn points through various actions on our platform, which you can then convert into money and spend like real money on our platform.
As with every social network, we also have various verifications. As of now, verifications are only reserved for known people, shops, etc., which is why it is necessary to upload official documents. Any other verification is currently rejected.
